About
As an educator, I strive to develop students to see the value of hardwork, dedication, and display persistence to overcome obstacles in the face of adversity. It is paramount that my student-athletes understand that having sound morals and exhibiting respectable character will accelerate them in their future endeavors.
My name is Kelya Jureczki. I am from Johnson City, Texas. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and Hardin-Simmons University with a Masters of Education in Kinesiology, Sport and Recreation. I ran cross-country while I was in graduate school. I have worked sport camps in Italy, Bosnia and Herzogovina, Macedonia, Zambia and South Africa. This will be my second year teaching physical education and coaching. Last year, I taught in Carrizo Springs CISD and was the female JH athletic coordinator and head JH volleyball, basketball and track coach. Sports have always been a huge part of my life.
